Project presentation (printed brochure) for Villa O, a house designed in 1952 by the architect Jens Selmer, renovated by Spacegroup Architects.

Located within a historically listed area, restrictions to alterations of the original facade compelled the architects to develop a completely new interior logic within the existing shell. On the ground floor Spacegroup introduced a sculptural staircase in black lacquered solid wood as a single organising element.
